We have sales people dedicated to Internet sales to quickly process your order, and we strive to ship our products faster than any other mail-order company in the country. The result has been a loyal following of satisfied customers. In order for us to continue to bring quality products to you, we have put forth the following terms and conditions regarding the sale of our products. |
Returning Merchandise: See Policy

In order to send a product back to us, you MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). This will be given to you by the sales person taking your call or by email and must be written on the outside of the box. Items returned without a RMA# will be refused and will cause a delay in credit. In some cases your sales person may ask you to keep the defective or wrong item instead of returning it. |

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a credit card has been declined. Credit cards are charged when the item is ready to ship (not when the order is placed). We do not accept returns based on Custom/Special Orders, Custom Printing and any Worn Merchandise (*Customers must sign off on ALL art work proofs.) We do not let customers try out products because at that time they become used.
