In order to send a product back to us, you MUST have
a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA #). This will be
given to you by the sales person taking your call or by
email and must be written on the outside of the box. Items
returned without a RMA# will be refused and will cause
a delay in credit. In some cases your sales person may
ask you to keep the defective or wrong item instead of
returning it.
You must contact us within 3 business days of receipt
of the item if the product is damaged. Call 1-888-697-9970

AM-8 PM EST, (Mon.-Fri.) 10 AM-5:30 PM (Sat) 10AM-5PM
(Sun)). A damage claim will be filed with
the shipping company. The shipping company will pick up
the damaged product and compensate us for the product.
In the meantime, you will be sent a replacement item.
The
following items are NOT refundable: CUSTOM ORDERS, SPECIAL
ORDERS, CUSTOM PRINTING, USED OR WORN MERCHANDISE. *Customers
must sign off on ALL artwork proofs.
